Suggestions on bright but nice overhead lightd

Looking for suggestions on where I can get some nice ceiling lights to brighten up my large entrance hallway - ideally multifocal so I can train individual lamps on dark areas. Most of what I see looks quite industrial. Or could be something that does throw light well. Budget up to £350 or so for a good one.

Also need similar for my bedroom which currently has this from John Lewis - again, doesnt throw light into dark corners. I dont want to have to put floor lamps to brighten the room since they take space.

@MotherofPufflings thanks. I dont necessarily need a similar one, but a brighter light - the one linked in my post is for my bedroom. I need to replace that as well as get a brighter ceiling light for my entrance hallway.
