Painting

I have to paint every room in the house
Some pretty high ceilings too
I've seen a few things about airless paint guns, has anyone used them or have any tips on minimising the stress?
TIA

Watching as i have my whole flat to paint i can do it in less than a week with a roller and a few brushes (its a small flat) but i will be dead lol.
