Home office

One of my children has moved out so I’m left with this space that is long over due a paint and new carpet.

I’m planning to use it primarily as a home office but also need extra clothes storage and perhaps a spare bed for guests (folding or maybe sofa)

I just wondered if anyone has home office/guest room layouts I could get inspiration from. Room is south facing so plenty of light. It is approx 3m x 2.7m (10x8)
