Nice single bedding sets

I’m decorating a single room and thinking of sage green or a Greige colour with taupe carpet. I fancy green bedding or lovely white with green blankets and cushions. Has anyone seen anything nice recently ?

I always put a double duvet on a single bed. You just need to buy a single fitted sheet. You get a much wider choice of double duvet covers as singles tend to be plain or child/teen designs.

If you have a healthy budget try Piglet in Bed Morris

I came in here to suggest this. Especially if an adult is sleeping in the bed, double duvet on a single bed is much cosier.

We have some Piglet in Bed linen bedding (an unexpected find in Homesense last year!) and agree it's lovely.

Also concur with posters saying go one size larger on the duvet if possible. We've done this for ages - although haven't yet upgraded to an emperor on our new super king bed - and it makes such a difference.

We recently colour drenched our third bedroom in Farrow & Ball Yeabridge Green, paired with a seagrass rug from J Lewis, adding bedding in an eclectic mix of Sanderson, Bedeck and Society of Wanderers. It's quite a jolly space suitable for guests of all ages, which is what we were aiming for.

At our previous house we painted the guest room in Little Greene Sage Green which was a very restful colour imo.
