Dcs room has ikea pax wardrobes either side of the chimney breast.

Would a carpenter be able to add the below shelving fairly easily in between like the photo?

I don't see why not. It's just a big divided box which will be screwed to the wardrobes and probably also into the wall.

@OttersAreMySpiritAnimal because the image I posted was all custom built I wasn't sure if it mattered that I already had wardrobes. Thank you

I could do it myself, and I'm not a carpenter. I've built plenty of shelves, however.

😁Have a quick look on Youtube for tutorials? Putting up shelves is pretty easy, and that is just 4 basic shelves with a divider in each, but obviously if you don't have a drill or saw it's not easy. Do you have a handy person in your family/friends list? Here's shelves I put up (I've got lots of books 😁)
