hi all. i am looking for some nice new pictures for my new house - i like contemporary works that make you think, not afraid of some nudity and passion, and brave colours. any recommendations? thanks in advance x

Seeing that you are in Arts and crafts, how about a tapestry or textile art?

I like big and bold, and have some african themed textile art on my walls. I also like maps.

I've got some watercolours done by local artists. They weren't expensive, there's a local gallery and a Facebook page with loads of choice.

What's your budget, and where are you? If you want something original, you could try the Affordable Art Fair, three times a year in London: https://affordableartfair.com/fairs/london-battersea-autumn/

Or check locally for art fairs, art trails and so on which would have work from local artists. Local auction houses would also be a good source of vintage prints and paintings.

Otherwise Etsy has lots of prints and other art in all sorts of different styles.
