Help with floor layout

Help me with the layout of the ground floor with regards kitchen dinning room and conservatory

What are you wanting to achieve? And what's your budget like?

something that flows… the conservatory is old and I suspect needs replacing.

I think the current layout is pretty good. I think the house is too small for open plan as you would lose too much wall space. You could open up thw wall between the kitchen and dining room. But I think it will make the house seem smaller. I would spend the £30,000 on a nice new conservatory.

I would make the existing kitchen into a utility, if possible with a downstairs loo.

then turn the conservatory into a smaller extension that would make a nice kitchen dining room.

but that might well go over your budget.

you could do the extension/kitchen as phase one and fix the utility in a few years when you've saved for it.

What sort of thing do you like?
