Tiny downstairs toilet am I being unrealistic?

Hello,

I have a tiny tiny downstairs toilet which currently resembles Beamish 🤣 (NE folk will know what I mean!)

I don’t seem to know much about realistic costs to do things other than I have had previous home improvement quotes as a female and noticed these were considerably higher than when my husband showed builders around etc.

does anyone have experience of paying for a plumber to remove / change a toilet and sink?

if we were to source said toilet & sink how much realistically would this cost just to fit?

many thanks as always

When you said Beamish I knew exactly what you meant! In terms of costs I’m guessing around £700-1000.

This has made my day, I’m so glad you get the reference! 🤣 and happy with your estimation too 🤞xx
