Has anyone used Wallpaper Direct to buy wallpaper? If so, how would you rate the quality of the paper and the customer service please? Has anyone had a bad experience? I am about to order some samples which I will have to pay so don’t want to waste my money. Someone I know had some wallpaper from love wallpaper and the quality was awful - so impossible to hang that they called in a professional who agreed and warned them not to use in future.
I am therefore a bit reticent about these online companies but the only place i can buy from in my area is B & Q and they have nothing I like.
