Kitchen layout / re-design downstairs

So we are moving house and plan to make some alterations to the new house, one being adding a master bedroom upstairs so thinking of using the downstairs bedroom as a playroom / spare room. With regards to the kitchen diner, i can't seem to get my head around how to get the layout right but know i would like to move the kitchen to the back so its over looking the garden. The kitchen is currently at the front of the house where i will most likely put my office but open to any suggestions really. Any help with the kitchen dinner layout would be really appreciated or overall downstairs layout if you have ideas on that too.

it isn’t clear what you want to do. Can you give us a list of the rooms you want downstairs and a plan without scribbles on it.

Sorry, first time posting on here. I have now attached the plan of the current layout before any proposed alterations.

So we want to move the master bedroom upstairs as we have young children and the rooms we would like downstairs are :

• open plan kitchen diner
• living room
• playroom
• office
• utility room / boot room
• w/c

Would also like to retain the bathroom off the bedroom so can be used by guests thats why we were thining of changing that room to a playroom that could double up as a guest room.
