Looking for some help in finding a sturdy loft bed for my 13 year old in his little box room. It's a 1930s semi with the standard Tiny room and cupboard over the bulkhead but not enough space to build a bed over it. I think I'll rehang the door to open outwards too but a high sleep seems sensible to give a little floor space plus a desk for gaming. IKEA was first thought. It looks super high so will have to check he doesn't have to make like flat Stanley to get into bed ,aging myself there !,
