Not Wren but definitely don’t go to Magnets.

Honestly people trash Wren on here, but we had a great experience, and now have a great kitchen. The planner was lovely and very patient. We had private fitters who had no complaints, and 18 months on, we have had no problems at all.

IME, planner great, units very good, delivery appalling. I used my builders to install apart from the quartz worktops, and the worktop guys said the Wren fitters (actually they don't have any, its all independent guys) are not good at all.
Loads of our unit doors were damaged at delivery, but tbf, the app made it incredibly easy to order replacements and Wren only got tetchy with me after item number 25 (big kitchen) but I sent them photos of everything and how the packaging enabled the doors to be damaged so easily.

I got a Wren kitchen just over 2 years ago. Didn't use their fitters as I had read bad things about them.

Our planner was great, really took his time with us. Listened to what I wanted, and the quality of the kitchen is great. We had one end piece for a unit missing, but ordered a replacement through the app no problem.

We had a positive experience with Wren and we managed to get a really good deal because they had a bank holiday sale. They were very accommodating when me and partner traipsed the poor woman around the store for about 3 hours picking out all different bits. I’d go and have a look, see what you think!

Just to note we didn’t use their fitters, the fitting costs were about £3k through them but my step dad kindly fitted our kitchen for us.

We got ours thought Wren, including fitting. My only complaint was that they sent a damaged unit and then replaced it with another damaged unit (different damage!). Our fitter sorted everything for us and frankly was an angel 😂
I’ve heard a lot of people complain about them, but my experience was very positive.

We're currently having our ground floor renovated and every single builder we spoke to warned us off Wren kitchens.

notatinydancer · 08/07/2025 18:55

our quote from Wren was ££££ too much.

We moved into a house with a fairly new Wren kitchen. We are keen cooks and have 3DC (now teenagers) so are using the kitchen more heavily than most people. We have had doors fall off and the glossy stuff on the doors is cracked and coming off as well. I think the build quality is shit for the price you pay. I'm saving up to buy a top quality kitchen that will last me for life.
