Is it possible to buy ready-painted doors?!

A handyman told me that it's possible to buy doors that are ready-primed. I'm wondering whether it's possible to buy ones that are fully painted?! If so, and if anyone knows of where to get them, I'd be super grateful to know!

They will need to be shaved at the edges to fit and so would need to be repainted once fitted so it won't save you any time or effort.
