4.5 tog duvet cover/set

Is there such a thing as a duvet cover/set for a summer (4.5 tog) duvet? All my duvet covers look too big and loose when I switch from my winter (11 tog) to my summer duvet. Alternatively, is it possible to buy a summer duvet that is as thick as a winter one but not as warm? Any suggestions, thanks

I use wool duvets which still fill the covers nicely.

You can get 4.5 tog coverless duvets - we have gone down that route and love them.
And so much easier laundry-wise.
