What colour walls for this kitchen?

We need to choose a colour for our kitchen-diner. The kitchen is alabaster units, brass handles, oak block worktops and oak effect laminate flooring. Currently it's a light grey with blue undertones but I hate it, it seems too cold and dark for the warm kitchen!

Amy recommendations? Example pictures would be greatly appreciated, I have such a hard time visualising what it will look like!

To add, the room doesn't get much light so I want to prioritise making it seem lighter

A warm pastel yellow perhaps?

A warmer very pale green might work.or even a very pale pink like Dulux pink blush. The kitchen all sounds very neutral so there is a lot of choice. Which way does the room face because that has a huge impact on how colours look.

My husband has vetoed any greens. The only natural light is patio doors at the other end of the room near the dining area, facing south east.

Current one is white slab doors with brightly coloured accessories. If I was doing it again I'd like something brighter, maybe teal or orange or units like the photo. Plykea's units are nice, they make doors to fit IKEA frames.

Sorry, I was definitely sure I was reading a thread about unit choices, no idea how I've managed to post on one about wall colour 🤦
Is this colour choice pic any help?

so its very neutral aside from the wall colour - sounds like you can pretty much just pick something you like

deep colours go beautifully with brass but sound like it might make the room fairly dark at the end furthest from the window? do you have good task lighting? a really dusky deep pink or terracotta (not a fan myself but its trending now I think) would work

Or baby pink or blue. Or green but not if vetoed

Or white. I think thats quite brave in a kitchen but its a neutral that actually makes a statement rather than just look wishy washy
