Yay/ nay edging trim for a small rustic tile cloakroom splashback ?

Tiler wants to put edging trim round it because the tiles are kind of unfinished round the edges ie the glaze doesn’t cover them.

Not sure if the trim would look that great. Is the untiled rustic look ok or will I regret it?

I hate edging trim too.

I hate times where the edges are left unfinished so much prefer edging trim. You can get tiles that are rounded off on the edges though.
