Beds and sofas. Where to buy sound quality

My ds is looking to furnish his new home. It’s been many years since I’ve had to buy furniture. Please would people give advice on where to buy good quality beds and sofa beds. I keep reading terrible reviews about places like DFS/Dreams etc

looking around £1000 per piece. Or a little more on the sofa bed if needed.

Alstons sofas. Will last 20.+ years

So sofa.com and loaf are good? It’s so hard to know whether a glossy website is backed up by good quality! Their designs are nice

I have sofas by both and I think so.

I don’t know much about sofa.com but definitely Loaf is supposed to be good quality. Most of my “comfortably wealthy” acquaintances have sofas by Loaf or Sofology.
