Looking to purchase some outdoor furniture, sofa and lounger.

I have had Bridgeman outdoor furniture and teak ones before and quite pleased with it.

Please don't recommend Maze Outdoor Furniture, I will never purchase from Maze Living again, quality is awful and zero customer care.

Can anyone recommend any set that all weather set, long-lasting, light cushions etc?

Was looking at Dunelm, Bridgeman, Kettler, John Lewis...

We have Life outdoor furniture. I think it is the Fitzroy set. Table and 8 chairs, padded sun lounger and about to purchase the corner seating set. The oldest of our sets is around 5 years old and still in very good condition. I'm pretty militant about covering for winter.

I was going to suggest Maze. Our set is absolutely brilliant and has lasted so well outside with a quick scrub in the spring.
Disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience.

We have a variety of furniture in our garden.

The oldest is the white plastic IKEA PS Vågö, we have two of these that I bought 20 years ago and they are still going strong (have been used inside and outside, outside only for half that time). Back then they cost me £5 each, now there are sets selling for hundreds. So plastic is a very good option if you want long lasting.

The next oldest is a hanging chair which I bought 4 years ago from Garden Trading. We don't use a cover on that and take it inside over the winter. There's a small amount of rust at the bottom but nothing serious. Their stuffis expensive but good quality.

We also made a pallet sofa last year to fill a large space, we got the pallets very cheaply (and they will be even cheaper to replace when they wear out because you can pick them up for free) but got good quality thick cushions from Ebay which I cannot recommend highly enough, they are so comfy and warm. Have linseed oiled the pallets to help with aging.

I've just bought some larch Ecochairs as well so we'll see how they last but you canget replacement parts which was a big factor in buying them. So I've got a mix of materials (plastic, metal and plastic rattan, wood) and prices. I wasn't very impressed with the wooden garden sets we considered (such a lot of money when you consider the time they'll last vs the equivalent money on a sofa for the sitting room) which is why we ended up building a pallet sofa.

The water-resistant fabric is easy to clean, and when you sit, you won’t feel the hardness of the pallet beneath you. Revel in their aesthetic appeal and enjoy while relaxing on these comfortable seat cushions.

We have Bramble crest which we bought from our local independent garden centre. Good guarantee so when after 3 years one of the recliners broke the garden centre got it replaced for us.

We have 2 armchairs from Nardi - I love them, have been outside for 2 winters and no sign of wear. Previously had teak and never again - they are a pain in the butt to maintain. I am buying my next set from Nardi. I think Robert Dyas sells a few of their items.

We have this set from John L and this will be it's 3rd summer. We use as 2 separate sofas and the stool means you can easily use as a lounger too. We do store the cushions in the shed over winter though.

@DaisyShao do you work for them?
