Help me figure out what to do with my downstairs

I have a four bed semi with a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is dark and last decorated in the 90s so we are planning to renovate. Unfortunately we inherited a conservatory which is useless (too hot or cold) and I’d rather not have it but it costs to knock it down and it does serve as a storage area. We are going to knock the wall down between the kitchen and dining room but I also want a utility room, an office space, and maybe a shower room downstairs. How would you configure the space? Split the garage into three and extend it to meet the front of the house? Suck it up and knock down the conservatory and do something by with that space? All suggestions welcome.

I.wouldn't knock down the conservatory OP, as it would lend itself very well to being a home office. You can install thermally-efficient warm roof systems to maintain a constant temperature:

Oh it's your actual house downstairs. Thank goodness for that 😂

I'd be considering a garage conversion. Are you detached or a semi? Where is/are your soil pipes? What are the dimensions of your garage?
