DIY Kitchens Returns

Hellooo! Long time reader, first time poster.

We had our DIY kitchens delivered on Friday and began installing it yesterday.

We have noticed a couple of defects/damaged parts. One being the runner on a 150mm pull out cupboard. Does anyone know if they take the damaged parts away with them when they replace? It would be impossible for us to install new runners inside the cupboard because it's so small, but it seems a waste for the entire unit to go back when it's just the runners.

Just wondering if anyone knew and had experience of the process for replacing damaged items? :)

Thanks in advance!

I would ask this on tbe Facebook group about them. As far as I know, they have a good reputation in this area, so worth giving them a call.
