how to integrate LED in mirror frame

Hello, I would like to run a LED light through my mirror frame (see picture) on the longer side.
The mirror will go inside a niche of the same dimension and horizontally.

Any idea if that is achievable and what I would need to use?

You can buy various forms of led strips on amazon and I guess you could just glue them to the frame. Might look a bit odd though.
