Bedroom color to go with silver grey carpet

Moved into a new build with a lovely silver gray carpet in the bedroom and white walls which we painted blue. Immediately regretted it, completely wrong for the room. We've accepted we made a mistake and it will need repainted. I'm getting made to measure curtains but cannot decide on fabric because I can pretty much go with any color now as long as it works with the grey carpet. Anyone got a really lovely color scheme with a lightish grey carpet? Feeling like the curtain fabric will be probably be some kind of floral but wanting to keep it softer rather than big bold colors.

Pale duck egg might look nice with the silver.

Blue will make it cold with the silver carpets!

Sorry we also have sage green curtains which go really well, then a Laura Ashley blind that has some blues and greens in.

Dusky pink would warm it up but probably not to everyone taste.

We have grey carpets and a lovely soft green on the walls

Teal would be beautiful with silvery grey.

A deep gold to warm up the room. Grey and gold curtains.

Anyone have any thoughts on this fabric for curtains? The gray is a really good match for my carpet and has the teal and gold accents that have been mentioned.

I've just redecorated a bedroom and I've done it dusky pink with a light grey carpet.

Having white furniture.

If you want this fabric, pick out a lighter teal-y blue from the flowers for the walls.

I've kept the walls white.

Furniture is dark blue or dark grey. Curtains are grey and dark blue patterned. Also hung up grey shelves.

I am also in a new build.

I don't feel like painting walls. White reflects the light best. And makes it more brighter.
