Am I being unreasonable to expect my kitchen installation to ensure the kitchen is working before leaving ?
When I did inspect the new kitchen bought from a supplier who spends a lot of money on television adverting, the dishwasher was not connected to any power, leaving it useless and the hob has no power to it, despite it being directly above the oven, which does have power to it
When the company was contacted, the offical reply was these tasks are "extras" and the customer shoulld organise with the installer directly. Since when did having a working hob become an "extra" to a kitchen?????!!!!!!
