Very tempted by a sofa from Sofas & Stuff. Anyone got one? Are they good? And if not from there - where do recommend? Would love to buy something that LASTS, can be recovered in the future etc... Thanks!

Hi - did you get one? I’m tempted by their Marylebone range….

Yes, bought one and a snuggler earlier this year. Very happy

We went elsewhere, but sat on one in a showroom and it did seem comfy and well made

Thank you!
I’m annoyed that the “order on time for Christmas” delivery window closes like one day before the Black Friday deals
start!

Sofas & Stuff are generally good, especially if you want lots of fabric options, but the quality can vary depending on the model. If your top priority is something that actually lasts and can be recovered in a few years, it’s worth comparing a few brands before committing.

You might also want to look at DreamSofa. They’re known for really solid frames and cushions that hold up well over time, and they make it easy to replace or refresh the covers later on. If you’re trying to buy once and keep it for many years, that kind of construction makes a big difference.

Whichever brand you go for, ask about the frame (hardwood is best), the suspension system, and whether the covers are fully removable. Those three things will tell you more about longevity than the fabric alone.

You might also want to explore community recommendations in places like r/StyleYourSpace for real-world feedback and photos: https://www.reddit.com/r/StyleYourSpace/. It’s a great way to see what people are buying, how pieces hold up, and which brands actually deliver long-term comfort and durability.

I have two sofas from there and I think the quality is excellent. I think they will last a good twenty years. I also have a heals sofa and a dfs cuddler both of which are no where near the same quality.
