Interested in their fitting service and believe they fit the curtain rail as well as curtain. Anyone used them? If so is it expensive?

I had curtains, rails and blinds fitted. Good and very reasonable compared to other options.Only issue is something was left out of the box so fitter had to come back, but that wasn’t his fault.

We had wooden blinds done by them I old house and shutters in new house. Different fitters, but both were perfectionists and did a really good job. Both times we booked there were offers - think the offered applied when you called even if the measure and fit were a couple of months after. Might be worth seeing if any offers around Easter

Yep, when we moved into our house eight years ago they came and measured and fitted lots of our curtains. Good service and the curtains and fittings are still going strong.

Daisychainsforme · 28/01/2025 16:15

We had them last time we moved house and they were brilliant. The fitter was professional and very agreeable.

The new house had those awful vertical blinds so I had them all replaced.

That was 5 years ago and no problems so far.

We had them round today. I'm not wild on their range but managed to find something and didn't think the price was dreadful at all. Have ordered so fingers crossed!

Their curtains. Yes.

Good service but I think the fitter didn't fix 2 elements properly. 3 years on no major issues though.

tothelefttotheleft · 28/01/2025 18:07

I did many years ago so this advice might not apply any more.

Once I had the quote they rang and rang lowering the price each time. In the end they asked me what figure would mean I'd go ahead and then did them for that.

Livingonbananabread · 28/01/2025 18:16

We keep using them even though I’m not wildly impressed by their choice of fabrics because they do the whole measuring and fit, are reasonably priced and very convenient. Just ordered two new blinds this week for £300, to give you a ballpark.

Hyperfish808 · 28/01/2025 20:43

Thank you all.

Yep, and they were excellent. Great service (unlike John Lewis who did some other blinds and ballsed up at every opportunity)

lemoncrisp · 28/01/2025 21:18

Yes. Very happy with their curtains and full fitting service. Seemed a bit pricey at the time but I'd use them again as they are very good.

SauvignonBlanche · 28/01/2025 21:24

They’re due to fit mine tomorrow afternoon - I’ll let you know after that.

YankeeDad · 28/01/2025 21:39

They are a sales organisation, not a maker of blinds. They do not stand behind their products for the long-term. After a brief warranty period, if anything breaks, even something as simple as the cord, they say “sorry, we cannot help you” and you have to buy new blinds, unless you can get someone else to fix their product.

SauvignonBlanche · 29/01/2025 16:50

They came, on time. Blinds are up - look good to me.

laesosalt · 29/01/2025 16:51

Yeah just did our whole house recently! Really happy with them all ☺️
