Has anyone used Simply Lofts?

We're close to deciding on a loft conversion company and are thinking of going with Simply Lofts, has anyone had any experience with them?

There are a lot of companies with similar names but if you mean the one that’s part of Simply Construction Group, then Avoid, avoid, avoid… I know someone who posted a bad review about them and they then tried to sue her because they’ve put a “non-disparagement clause” in their contract. I also know of a second person who also had an awful experience with them - they took five times as long as they were meant to and the whole experience was horrific.

Thanks for this, yes I think that's them - they are a group with each section being called 'simple lofts', 'simply basements' etc

I also know they have a clause in their contract about social media!

We're also considering Visionary if anyone has any feedback on them?
