What would the best offer to put forward on a house that is on offer in the region of 323k? Has already been reduced from 330k and has had a sale fall.through since Aug 2024.

Honestly. Every house I've ever bought - I've offered my best & first and final offer and made that clear to seller.
It's too important to piss around with. I prefer clarity. If I don't get it, then it wasn't meant to be
