Question about lighting for a small nursery

Hi,

I'm expecting my first child and we are decorating the nursery room.

The room is small (7x9 ft) so I'm looking to get this dimmable light: https://wtlighting.co.uk/ceiling-lights/mantra-coin-56w-led-round-ceiling-light-wood-effect/ for over the cot. Is this a suitable light for a small nursery? What are your thoughts?

Thanks in advance :)

Looks good to me. You might want a small table lamp too.

I'd just go for normal main light, a suitable lamp and a night light plug in as req

Ok thanks, is a Tommee Tippee Groegg bright enough for a table light?

Get a bedside nightlight with a red light in, it won’t suppress melatonin production like white light will, most will be strong enough to use as a nightlight.

One with built in white noise is a bonus as really helped mine to sleep
