I need help deciding on lampshades please

I struggle to visualise things so am hoping for some help on deciding what colour lampshades for my bedside table lamps.

I have this bedding- it's Emerald green & gold and our 2nd pillows are in Navy.

My curtains and room lampshade are a velvet Navy and the wall behind my bed with be painted in dulex salute sapphire.

I've found some lamps I like on argos- the stand is in gold but the shade that comes with it is teal so I am looking to replace the shade.

The shade i have on my ceiling light is currently on offer for £8- it is Navy Velvet with the inside being gold. Do I get the same shade for my bedside table lamps or would I be better getting an Emerald shade with gold inside (these ones are £27.99 each)

I can't visualise it and wonder if having a navy wall, navy curtains, navy ceiling light and navy bedside table shades is too much.

All 3 other walls in the room are a light grey colour and it has a huge window almost the full width of one wall so plenty of light in there

Would be greatful on people's opinions- Navy shades (£8) or Emerald shades (£27.99)

Thank you 😊

I voted emerald green, for a contrast against the blue wall & would tie in with the bed linen

Thank you, that's what I'm thinking too but also think I might have to go with the Navy temporarily just because of the cost. The lamps themselves are £50 each so already very expensive 🙈

Oh sorry didn’t notice the price, so annoying when what you prefer is the more expensive option.
