Occasional chair that’s small but reasonably comfortable?

Having had quite a few visitors over Christmas, it’s made us realise that we could do with a chair that can live in the bedroom and be easily carried into the lounge when needed. Can anyone recommend anything? It can’t be too bulky/heavy-maybe IKEA? Are the Poang ones actually comfortable??

Poang are actually very comfortable. I had one in my first flat and gave it to my brother when I bought a sofa and armchair. He lived in it. 😅

Lloyd loom chairs with sprung bases are great for this. Really comfy as arm chairs and looks nice as a bedroom chair. Also very easy to fix up yourself as a diy project if you fancy it.

I love poang chairs but, if your visitors are elderly, they may find it difficult to get up out of them. We're in the process of swapping out our poangs for this very reason.
