Creating new doorway

Hi,

Does anyone knows whats the approx. cost to create new doorway (internal with lintel) , door frame and haging door (in midlands)? Std. door width (762mm)

Also do I need to get Building regs involved?

No idea of cost but the issue is the wall structural? That will greatly increase the cost. I don't think you need building regs if not a supporting wall but check your local council.
