Hi all. I have 3 sons (7, 4 and 18 months). The eldest 2 currently share a large bedroom and have slept together in a king sized bed for a couple of years. This arrangement has worked really well and they’re very close but they have expressed an interest in getting bunk beds. I’m not sure whether to get a traditional bunk bed with 2 singles, or to get one with a small double on the bottom. I thought that the double would give us some flexibility if they ever want to sleep together or if they wanted to have a friend over. Does anyone have any experience of these? Are they a good idea? How challenging is it to change the beds?! Thank you ☺️
