How much expense to turn a bathroom into office

We have a 2 bed house, but also 3 bathrooms! I really need a space to work and wondering how much would cost to turn our main bathroom into the office and the Ensuite into our main bath. A door could be added to the ensuite so it is entered from the hallway. Has anyone done this before?

I’ve turned a bathroom into a bedroom before and turned a bathroom into a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

It was fairly straightforward. I had a plumber come out and cap everything off then I had my then partner box it all in. I could have prised the tiles off, but wanted to escape the hard labour so just removed the walls and stuck up fresh plasterboard.

If the wall where you would place the door isn’t a supporting wall it’s pretty easy to have a door cut in.
