Hello! I have painted a test area on my kitchen wall but keep thinking it looks a bit 'mint' rather than true green. I'm wondering if it will look more green once I've done a whole wall rather than a test patch.

Does anyone have any experience with this colour that could advise?

Thanks!

I don't have personal experience with the colour, but I had a look at the website just now.

Several of the images look distinctly mint green. If you really don't want mint green I would be careful with this one.

We have it in our kitchen. It is apple green in the day but I prefer it in the evening as goes much darker which was the shade I wanted! It's a lovely colour.

Your kitchen looks lovely! My test patch doesn't look the same colour, definitely more of a blue green - like Kitkat1523 has referred to.
I wonder if it's a question of light and positioning.

Thanks both, back to the drawing board I think!

It's definitely the light that affects the colour. Good luck, I was in the farrow and ball shop a lot!

I did a tester of this in a fairly dark NE facing room but it was too light/ mint/ apple green for my taste.

I went for the darker F&B green smoke instead and it looks great.

I just painted my living room ‘Light Fern’ from Crown. It’s a nice calming shade. The light into the room is from a west facing window.
It is closer to olive green than mint green.
