Lighting not right. Gone from50's house to a Victorian conversion. Can't get the lighting right. Can anyone advise. High ceilings. Huge room. Bay window.
Should I get L looking at standard lamps or slots or accent -

Hi I bought a copy of The Lighting Bible by Lucy Martin from eBay, it was about £3.00 second hand and very useful. She talks about layering lighting and highlighting the nice features.
We are moving from a high ceilinged Edwardian house to a modern one so sort of the opposite problem!

Just to mention, I have found it easier to design my own kitchen than to get the lighting design sorted out! Sympathies.
