I've had a carpet replaced three - yes three - times, as every time there has been a crease in the same place in the room. The last two times I was told it'll settle as it warms up and flattens out but it's now been replaced for a third time and it's still there. I don't have the energy and frankly am too embarrassed to go back a fourth time but presumably it's the lay of my room at this point that is causing this and there's nothing to be done but live with it? The work has been done by a reputable company and skilled fitters, it has been impeccable everywhere else in the house.
