Replacing flooring to limestone

Hi, we've got a large space downstairs which currently has terracotta tiles throughout. We'd like to put down some underfloor heating and limestone flooring on top, but we're really struggling to find someone to do the job. It's quite tricky finding the right kind of person - flooring people tend to be carpet, LVT or wood fitters, not stone, tilers and builders don't seem interested. Can anyone help suggest how we find someone, what we should be looking for? We've had 2 contractors seem interested, but then go completely quiet on us. A trusted builder that we've used before has had to scale back his work due to health, a recommended contractor (recommended by an excellent carpet supplier/fitter that we know) who spent a lot of time measuring, quoting etc completely ghosted us (despite booking in a start date!).

Maybe try a bathroom fitter or kitchen fitter?

Go to the tile shop that flogs limestone and ask for recommendations
