We have this fabulous sofabed www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-linear-medium-2-seater-sofa-bed-light-leg/p4263492?ab863=sofabed
which is now getting converted to a bed and back daily, involving sliding it nearly a metre on carpet each time. The thin wooden legs are starting to leave scratches on the carpet. What is the best way to prevent more carpet damage? I've seen flat furniture sliders, but don't think they'll stay on at the angle it is at when I slide it single-handedly. Not sure if some kind of plastic mat on the carpet would work better. Or something else- please tell me how you have solved similar or would do? Many thanks.
