Have they improved?
We need a sofa bed but so few around.
loaf have bad reviews but look lovely. Sqisharoo is the only one that fits,
they told me Loafmeister has been improved

We invested in a very expensive sofa that, unfortunately, hasn’t lived up to expectations. After just one use, all six cushions sag and need reshaping—including a large chaise cushion that’s especially difficult to manage on your own. You have to drag it to the floor and stomp on it just to get it looking presentable again.
Because of our busy schedules, we didn’t raise the issue right away. When we eventually contacted the company, they dismissed our concerns, insisting there was “no manufacturing fault” and refusing to acknowledge any design issues. While it’s clearly a design flaw, none of this was explained at the time of purchase.
Bottom line: once you’re past the statutory return window, you’re on your own—even at Loaf prices. Shop carefully and ask detailed questions before committing.
