This armchair

I love a Facebook find, was on the hunt for a leather armchair came across this one for £50

I did measure it prior to picking up however when I got it home at first I thought it was a child's chair because it appeared so small but what it is, is the floor to seat height is very low.. so when you sit on it it kind of feels like you're sitting on the floor 😂 my question is, should I get leg extensers, wooden ones off Amazon to take it up 10cms or cut my losses and sell on?! It just looks so weird being so low down , has anyone ever used these leg extender things before if so did they turn out to be good?

Encase anyone suggests taking legs off and getting longer ones they don't screw on and off they seem to be stuck or glued!

What about some nice brass castors for the front legs to raise it up slightly and set it on a slight tilt?

What is the floor to seat height? And are you very tall? There will be plenty of short people who would be happy to have a chair that fits so don't alter it, sell it on and start your search again.
