Has anybody continued quartz up walls instead of tiles?

Is it hellish expensive?

We have quartz up stands as a continuation from the surfaces. Gives a clean finish and don't think it added much to the cost.

We have quartz up stands and splashback. Can't comment on cost but as I didn't have to have a separate tiler that was cost effective. No grout to clean!

Have just done this in our kitchen. You buy quartz by the sheet so it might not be a much higher cost depending on where else you are putting it. It looks great, really easy to clean, no grout and one less tradesman to find.

We have quartz up to the bottom of the cupboards on two walls and an upstand on the third. Took the cost from £3800 to about £5000 I think.

yeah i have quartz up to under cupboards, i don't think it added as much cost on as id thought it would. Looks great and easy to clean because of no grout!
