Bedworld any experiences? Need help....

I went into Bedworld in Staples Corner London today and fell in love with a mattress especially for the reasonable price vs dreams etc.

However looking on Google the reviews are TERRIBLE... mainly about customer service vs actual products but a bit of everything.

I now don't feel comfortable buying the mattress as an worried they are complete scammers but then Trustpilot has more good reviews.

Can anyone reassure me one way or the other? Especially re mattreses?

Did you use them? I'm having an awful time with them after buying two mattresses

I didn’t felt like too much of a risk. Ordered one from Origin in the end.

What happened out of curiosity @photolimbo

Awful. 3 changes to delivery dates then they delivered on a day not confirmed with me. My builder took delivery. The driver left the mattresses downstairs when they were due to deliver to the rooms. Refused to come back to love them, then agreed. Came back and didn't even pick them up or try. Just said they weren't paid enough to move them. Sounds like not a big deal in writing but was blocking up the main exit to the house and kitchen. Had to get someone else in to help with get them to the rooms. They're just cowboys. Would never shop with them again
