Matching sofas or not.

We have a 2 seater leather sofa which is hardly sat on so feel we don't need to replace.
The 3 seater is on its way out sagging seats, fading colour, definitely needs replacing.

Would you replace both so they match or just swap the 3 seater.
Also what colour and material.

The leather is dark brown, carpet is creamy brown. Curtains are terracotta and cream.
Wallpaper is a very pale creamy orange.

I would probably replace both, if I could afford it, because I would want them to match, unfashionable an idea as that may be.
According to taste, you might have a complete change, perhaps terracotta fabric, or else repeat the same brown leather sofas, which you can dress with throws and cushions of different colours and textures
You could sell or donate the two seater.
