Karndean in Bedroom? Cost to fit?

Hi, does anyone have this and if so do you recommend/have pix? I have just had a quote to take up carpet, put down plywood sub floor including feather finish to joins and to supply and install Camaro Parquet (similar to Karndean) for £1980 inc. VAT. Does that sound reasonable?

I've got Amtico in our kitchen and utility, it worked out about £70-75 per square metre for supply, prep (inc sub floor) and fit.

I've had hard flooring in a bedroom before, it does get super dusty but as long as you're prepared to keep on top of it that's fine!

Thanks Mrs Scotland. Was that a long time ago ie before Cost of living crisis?? As it's quite a bit cheaper than my quote :(

It was 2021, and in the Glasgow area, so yes it might have gone up a bit since then but shouldn't be massively out. It was a relatively large area - so might have been economies of scale.
