Looking for under sink cabinet in bathroom with existing pedestal sink.

Most seem very cheap and I assume are flimsy MDF
The majority also seem to be 60cm high with a fairly larger space between basin and cabinet top.
It seems the only way to get a neater profile is to install a cabinet with integral basin.
Any advice or recommendations?

Thanks, might be the way to go although I think replacing existing sink with a combined basin and unit might be cheaper

I'm in the same position, to be honest I don't really like the current sink, so will probably just have the whole thing replaced.
