Really really comfortable sofa bed?!

Can anyone recommend one? When I say comfortable, I mean comfortable as a sofa because it's likely to be used everyday as one. I'd like the bed bit to be comfortable too but that's probably only going to be used occasionally so not as important.

Thank you :)

We recently bought one from Darlings of Chelsea, The Bromley 3.5 seater. We use it, mainly as a sofa, in the snug. It is very comfortable.
I haven't slept on it but my son has and he had a good sleep.

It was quite pricey but I think unless you pay a fair bit you may not get comfort in both uses.

I find sofa beds really uncomfortable as sofa & beds.

You can get some nice Day Beds. At least they have a proper mattress which is comfy for sitting and lying.

Cushions and throws to make it look more sofa like.

Not the most comfortable but we bought a sofa bed from dfs and paid for their "top of the range" mattress- it is the thinnest mattress I've ever seen. My young children can barely sleep on it. The sofa's as a whole are disappointing as was their service/delivery.

Hope this helps!

Trying to remember where we got ours from... I know it cost around £1800. Until then this might be useful

If it's hardly going to be used as a bed I'd recommend the Dreams inflatable bed instead

We had one that we used as our main sofa for years, and was comfy as the bed too. From sofa sofa. Can't remember which model though. Think they have a showroom near Cardiff

Just looked- think it was a Monaco - 3 seater sofa

Vintage sofa company

If I was getting another one, I'd by a Furl one. I went a tried them out at their showroom, and they were ace, as both sofas and beds - because of the clever mechanism they have, you get full, proper cushions and a full proper mattress. They're bloody expensive, mind.

Thank you so much for all the replies. I'll spend some time at the weekend researching.
