Refilling sofa cushions

We have quite an old sofa, originally from dfs. We’d like to get new cushions for the back of it as they are v out of shape. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have searched online but not sure where to start - particularly as most websites don’t include prices - I don’t want to spend more than the price of a new sofa . thanks for any help

Can you DIY it?

I considered that but wasn’t sure re getting the cloth insert (that is filled with foam) the correct shape. Or do you think I should just fill the covers with stuffing without an inner cover?

I would find a local curtain maker or upholsterer and ask them to sort this for you.
Hard to do a good DIY job perhaps.

I'm about to ask this company for a quote for ours. https://putnams.co.uk/blogs/news/sofa-cushion-refilling-service-guide.
