Hi, can anyone recommend nice quality vinyl sheet flooring (not LVT) or rubber in modern, minimalist styles?

I'm looking for some flooring to use in a kitchen / dining area. It is in a room which part covers old 1930s floorboards and part light filled extension. I'm between tiles (But think they might be too cold as we have a cold house in the North), and vinyl sheet flooring. I like the idea of vinyl but haven't yet found any styles I like. We have tried the colour flooring Co previously which I liked but none of the colours are quite what we're looking for this time. Suggestions appreciated, thanks.

Amtico Expensive but worth it.

Personal opinion but I think vinyl sheet flooring always looks cheap. Tiles are lovely or Karndean/Amtico is extremely practical and durable.
