Adding toilet to upstairs Victorian house

Hello. I am hoping to buy a 3 bed Victorian end of terrace house. However like with all these houses the bathroom is downstairs. The layout of the upstairs doesn’t provide much scope to add a bathroom but I am thinking if there is a possibility to at least add a toilet and sink somewhere? We currently have two young children (3&1) and will most likely move again in 5/6 years time so a loft conversation doesn’t seem the best option for us.
would be really good to know people’s thoughts and if you think adding a toilet could be done.

You could have a wc/shower room in the top half of bedroom 3, making bedroom two bigger, then split bedroom one in half to make two bedrooms? The plumbing is obviously on that side of the house so that's the easiest place for the toilet I think. But maybe dividing room one is too much hassle?
