blue for a south east bedroom

dd(8) has never been a pink colour loving girl, she currently has Dulux Ocean Ripple on her walls and has done for about 4 years now

she’s wanting something a bit more grown up now and has been asking for a darker colour on the walls. I’m more than happy to go about it, but I just haven’t got a clue what will look nice. And I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions please? She’s got one largeish window that lets in quite a bit of light and has white furniture

One of those is quite grey/blue, like F& B De Nimes.

The second is warmer, like Little Green's Tivoli or Woad.

Anyway, get some samples and see how they look in the room. Darker colours can be great. especially with the right soft furnishings. All of the colours I have named will look great with pinks and softer greens or teals. They'll also look good against white woodwork /ceilings if that is what you prefer.
